At Nomad Sun, we carefully select and prepare each order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Our goal is to make the delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand, seasonal promotions, holidays, or inventory replenishment.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier operations, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.

In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

We currently ship to a wide range of destinations across Europe, North America, and Oceania.

Within the European Union, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We also ship to the following European countries outside the EU: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and Vatican City.

Outside of Europe, we ship to the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
