How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over €59. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel every step of the way.
What if my order is delayed?
While we always aim for prompt delivery, occasional delays can happen due to customs or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the standard time, please contact us and we'll sort it out for you right away.

Yes — our entire collection is free from animal-derived materials. No leather, no wool, no silk. Just cruelty-free style.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions vary by product and are listed on each item page. As a general rule, we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water to preserve colour and shape. Avoid tumble drying where possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible using the Contact page. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Returns can be requested through our Returns page, where you will be able to choose between a standard refund or receive 110% of your purchase value in store credit and keep the item. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?
Starting a return is simple. Just visit our Returns page and submit your request through the return portal. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be able to choose the resolution option that best suits you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we confirm your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're so sorry if that happens. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
