We want you to feel confident shopping with Nomad Sun. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal. Once reviewed, you will be able to choose the resolution option that best suits you.

Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Resolution Options

Standard Refund

Return the item and receive a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

110% Store Credit

Keep the item and receive 110% of its purchase value in Nomad Sun store credit.

Store credit can be used on any future order and does not expire. This option provides a simple and more sustainable alternative while giving you additional value for a future purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the same condition in which they were received
  • Be free from stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any other signs of wear
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit

Nomad Sun reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In these cases, Nomad Sun will cover any applicable return or replacement costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend submitting a return request and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Certain personal care items, where applicable

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our 30-day return policy.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, although your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
